Follow these steps for preparing your Custom Text Planner:

1) Use one of our pre-designed Custom Text Planners shown below.

2) Select your Customizable Options and Additional Options from the list below.

3) Submit your unique school logo or mascot in press-ready format, or choose from our large selection of stock mascots and fonts. Download our mascots and fonts sample sheet here.

4) Add your school's events to your planner by downloading our Excel™ Spreadsheet template and entering your events. Download the instruction sheet here.

5) Call 1-800-327-0057 for pricing and to place your Custom Text Planner order.

Custom Text Planner Options

Customizable Options—See Diagram Below:

• Mascot (A): Your school’s mascot (or selected art) is added to the top of every weekly spread!

• Mascot (B): Your school’s mascot (or selected art) is printed lightly on every page.

• Heading: Each spread includes your choice of a quote, vocabulary word, or Bible verse!

• Events: Personalize your events for each day—great for days off and sporting events!

• Area (A) Options: Your choice of hall passes, notes, or goals added to each week!

• Area (B) Options: Mini monthly calendars, Success Tips, or Weekly Inspirations on each spread!

Additional Options Include—See Diagram Below:

• Block Scheduling: “A Day” and “B Day” option

• Holiday: Pre-printed common holidays

• Subjects: Personalized text for subject areas. You choose the subjects or number of periods.

• A Custom Cover: Include your school name, colors, and mascot on the cover. (Choices include all School Name Imprint and One-Color cover options.)

• Resource Pages: Mix and match study tips, maps, and reference pages to be placed in the front of your planner! (Per page pricing applies. Please see our Resource Page selection below.)

• Monthly Calendars: Add full monthly calendars before each month’s weekly spreads. (Per page pricing applies.)

• Plastic Coil Binding: Upgrade at no additional cost! Be sure to mention this option when ordering!

One-Color Custom Text Layouts

Choose one of our One-Color Custom Text Layouts! We offer many different styles and sizes!

Two-Color Custom Text Layouts
We now offer TWO-COLOR layouts for two of our custom text planners. Show off your school's colors with one of these two jazzed-up layouts!
For optimal readability, we recommend using black or blue as your main custom text ink color with a lighter color as the accent. Contact your sales representative, or our customer service department with any color and printing questions.
