All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form can be downloaded below. Email the completed form to your customer service representative or firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also fax it to 1-800-327-0048. When your return is approved Success By Design will send you a Return Authorization #. Include this number on your form and insert it in the package to be returned.
All stock (non-customized) planners may be returned by November 1st of the year of which the order was placed. If the order was placed after November 1st, returns are only accepted within 30 days of placing the order. Customized planners are non-returnable.
A 10% restocking fee will be subtracted from the net price paid per planner and the rest will credited upon receipt of the planners in original, sellable condition. Damaged or used planners will not be credited. We recommend repackaging the planners to ensure they will be returned in their original condition. Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs both ways unless otherwise determined by an SBD manager.
