2008-2009 Custom Shipping Schedule
Our stock orders typically ship in as few as 3-5 days from the receipt of your order. If you are planning on customizing your order with a custom cover, a handbook, or any other option, please refer to the shipping schedule below.

The shipping schedule indicates when your cover information, handbook materials, etc. must be received in order to match your chosen ship dates.

Orders received before May 1, 2008 and after July 5, 2008 will require 6–8 weeks processing time.

Zones 2-4: 10% Shipping

Zones 5-6: 12% Shipping
NY, VT, CT, RI, MA, NH, ME, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, LA, AR, OK, MN, NE, SD, ND, FL, UT, CO, NM, TX

Zones 7-8: 14% Shipping
MT, ID, NV, AZ, WA, OR, CA, WY
