WORD FILE SET-UP: Download the Microsoft Word template from our website that matches the planner size you will be ordering. If you would prefer, send us an email at sales@successbydesign.com, and we’ll email you the Microsoft Word template as well!

Multiple columns can be used for lengthy handbooks to reduce the number of pages. Imported art must be un-reversed, black and white only — NO COLOR - NO GRAY Acceptable file formats for artwork are TIFF, EPS or PDF. Turn off “automatic bullets” and “automatic numbering”, and use only Times New Roman font. Many unique fonts and automatic formatting features do not translate to our Macintosh system. Files that do not meet these requirements may cause errors and/or delay the timely completion of your planners.

SUBMITTING YOUR HANDBOOK: We accept files on ZIP, CD, 3.5" diskette, and via e-mail at sales@successbydesign.com. Be sure to include all imported art files with your Word document. If you are mailing your artwork on a CD or diskette, please tape heavy cardboard tightly around the media for protection, and mail to: Success by Design, Inc., 3741 Linden S.E., Wyoming, MI 49548. Include your name, school name and the phone number(s) you can be reached at (even during the summer months). TO HELP ENSURE ACCURACY, ALSO SEND A HARD COPY OF YOUR HANDBOOK.

All handbooks are printed with page numbers and placed IN THE FRONT OF THE PLANNER.
